At the end of June 2025 a new initiative was launched in the field of processing – the Rendering plant began its operations. This plant processes slaughterhouse and biological waste. To date, commissioning and debugging operations have been completed and the technological processes of the new production facility have been fine-tuned.

Established nominal production capacities of the RP:

The purpose of creating the Rendering Plant (RP) is to ensure biosecurity of the agro-industrial complex operations through the independent processing of all raw materials (slaughterhouse and biological waste) generated at the agro-industrial facilities.

Production Process Description

Feather receiving line with a capacity of 6 tons/day, producing 2.7 tons of feather meal/day;

Two blood receiving lines with a total capacity of 8.8 tons/day, producing 0.7 tons of blood meal/day; 

The total nominal production capacity of the RP is 58.8 tons of raw material per day or 19.9 tons of finished products per day (6.2 tons of fat/day + 13.7 tons of meal/day).

Chicken slaughterhouse waste receiving line with a capacity of 20 tons/day, producing 3.6 tons of chicken meal/day and 2.2 tons of chicken fat/day;

Pork slaughterhouse waste receiving line with a capacity of 24 tons/day, producing 6.7 tons of pork meal/day and 4 tons of pork fat/day;
